You Want Your App Native in Three Languages. Here’s How It Happens.

Hand us your strings, your help center and your onboarding emails. You get back Spanish, Portuguese and French that reads like your own team wrote it there — checked on your real screens, for one flat fee per language.

Stop 01 · What Gets Localized

Everything Your Users Touch, Localized

Your users never read your roadmap. They read your buttons, your error messages and the email that lands thirty seconds after signup. That’s where trust gets built — so that’s exactly where you start, and exactly where we put a native speaker.

Interface strings

Interface Strings That Fit the Screen

Every label, tooltip and empty state is translated by a native speaker, then clicked through in your staging build so nothing truncates, wraps or lands on the wrong button. Plurals, ICU placeholders and date formats come back intact.

Help-Center Articles That Close Tickets

Your support docs get the same native read. Menu names match your translated UI word for word, screenshots call out the right buttons, and your Spanish-speaking customers stop writing in to ask where “Settings” went.

Onboarding Emails That Get Opened

Your welcome sequence is the first thing a new user in São Paulo reads from you. We write subject lines for the inbox they actually open, leave your merge tags untouched, and send a rendered preview in every language. Six-email sequence: $320 per language.

Hesitating? Good Questions Move You Forward

Machine output gets you words. A native reader gets you customers.
— The Lantern Yard rule

Still weighing it up? Call the studio at (517) 763-1080, Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm, and talk it through with someone who reads string files for a living.

What does one flat fee cover?

One language, one package: native-speaker translation of up to 8,000 words, in-context QA in your staging build, and a glossary plus style guide you keep. No hourly meter, no per-word math.

What if we’re over 8,000 words?

Extra words run $0.14 each, quoted in writing before we touch them. You approve the number, then we go.

How fast do we get files back?

Ten business days from the day we have your files and staging access. Need it sooner? A five-day rush is +25% on the package.

Which Portuguese and French do you write?

Brazilian Portuguese and French for France by default. European Portuguese or Canadian French? Say so at kickoff — the package price stays the same.

Is it all machine translation?

No. A native speaker translates every string and every sentence of your docs. We don’t ship raw machine output, and the glossary locks your product terms before anything is written.

What if our copy changes after launch?

Edits to strings we already delivered are free for 30 days. After that, new words are $0.12 each with your glossary already in place.
